Getting you guys and girls ready for D-Day at Christmas and New Years

Due to my absence, the Irish Whovian has been left devoid of news for the last while. That was because of my commitment to my dissertation and a focus on my last year in college. However, I am happy to announce that TIW will be regenerating under a new name(this blog going to use as more of a personal blog for me from now on)

TIW will be more choc full of news, because of that, I require Irish fans of the show to get in contact with me regarding their interest in writing articles about their love of DW, reviews of series episodes(these can be about either new or classic episodes, TIW will be happy to get them). There is a new webmail for the site, it is now available at theirishwhovian@hotmail.com

I also need staff to help keep an eye on the blog for me and it adding bits to help keep the blog ticking over if I’m not able to post(please bear with me I’m not too used to WordPress)

Also, please try to keep me posted re:Irish and UK conventions and this would be great for info for people who follow DW here

Also other goodies coming soon

BTW, did you check out the CiN scene for this year

Also, while I’m here, a reminder to Irish Whovians to check out ‘Dreamland’ all this week on the red button on the BBC channel, also to note if you miss it on the red button,  it will be played in full on CBBC on BBC TWO on Saturday 5 December from 10-10.45am

Make sure to check back for the new link to the new blog, coming soon(Trust me). In the meantime, to quote Ten

Christmas Title revealed

•September 23, 2008 • 3 Comments

The new Christmas special is going to be called ‘The Other Doctor’

Hands up if you think that it is just a RTD ploy to see if David Morrisey is that person replacing Tennant like the faux regeneration scene in the season finale

EDT: What I meant was a RTD ploy to hook in viewers for Christmas(to see….).
